The rise of DVRs and TIVO in more and more homes is changing the way people watch TV. Fern Lee comments on how to keep retention and continuity rates for DRTV.

“If you tell the truth, consumers will connect to your message and your retention and continuity rates will be stronger,” says DR veteran Fern Lee.
